Story and premise

In October 2017, Dr. Ruja Ignatova vanished without a trace. The 37-year-old was worth 20 billion at the time and still tops the list of the most wanted women in the world. Wild stories continue to swirl around the gifted young woman who called herself the Cryptoqueen and Bitcoin Killer. Under the guise of giving the unbanked access to financial markets and helping them get rich, she scammed the world, especially small investors, out of billions. A few individuals, however, did get super-rich with her. Take the Money and Run tells her story: The rise and fall of one of the crypto world's most dazzling figures.
