Story and premise

Top actress Momo is preparing to marry Ju Shin, the accomplished director of a neurosurgery hospital who seems to have everything. But a sudden accident leaves her body intact while her brain is fatally damaged, plunging her into a coma. Faced with the devastating possibility of losing the woman he loves, genius neurosurgeon Ju Shin makes a desperate decision and ventures into forbidden medical territory.
