This 10-Keyed bugle was made by an unknown maker in the United States around 1825-1850. It is a C bugle made of copper with brass keys, bell garland, lead pipe, and has a B-flat crook.
This bugle was previously owned and played by James F. Dolan of Woonsocket, Rhode Island. According to the accession file, Dolan played this bugle during the 1884 season of the Barnum & Bailey’s Greatest Show On Earth.
