A pair of avocado green polka dot lace pants worn on Soul Train by dancer Sheri Byers in the late 1970s. The pants are made from avocado green lace with woven polka dots of various sizes woven into the fabric. There’s gathering in the waist area creating a panel of frilled fabric at the waist area that’s 5” at each hip at 3.5” at the center front. A panel of .75” wide elastic is fed through a slightly larger channel at the waistband. Each tapered pant leg is made from one panel of fabric that’s sewn to itself at the inner leg, ending in a 3/8” rolled hem.
