Jones is pictured in the center of the image, standing on a rooftop and looking directly at the camera. He is surrounded by several vehicles and skyscrapers and rooftops are visible behind him. Jones wears a long sleeve black shirt, black pants, black shoes with red laces and black jersey reading [HOUSTON] in white letters diagonally down the front. He also wears necklaces with three diamond encrusted shamrock medallions. He is leaning forward, holding the jersey out for the camera. On the verso, a handwritten inscription by Bill Adler identifies the subject, location, date and photographer.
