This bagpipe was made by an unknown maker in Scotland, 19th century. It is a Highland bagpipe, mouth blown, with a sewn leather bag with a green plaid cover. It has maple stocks and drone pipes with ivory ferrules, and a chanter of ebony. The chanter, bass drone and two tenor drones are in separate stocks. The conical chanter has seven fingerholes, a thumbhole and two vents. All pipes, except chanter, are decoratively grooved. No reeds.
