A black-and-white photograph of Flavor Flav, his mom, and his children -- Shanique, William Jr., and Karen -- at Flavor Flav's Barber Shop, Freeport, L.I., taken May 20, 1992. The image shows Flavor Flav with his arm around his mother and his three children in the middle. William Jr. is in the middle. Behind them is the window to the barber shop. [FLAVOR FLAVS] is visible at the top of the window above a Public Enemy logo. To the right is a sign advertising [KIDS / CUTS / $5.00 WEDS]. On the back is an inscription by Bill Adler identifying the photographer, subjects, date and location.
