The cross is on his proper right shoulder above a "Bad Boy" tattoo. He is pointing to the left with his proper right hand. He has a mustache and the background is black.
There is white space above and below the image. The back of the photograph has light grey text on the back, repeated in diagonal lines and facing the right side. There is a series of letters and numbers printed vertically down the top center. There is an inscription by Bill Adler at the bottom, handwritten in blue ink.
