Five bands of decorative ribbon part of the way up from bottom of skirt: (starting from bottom) one red and silver zigzag, one white and silver zigzag, one black and silver zigzag, one white with black and silver geometric pattern, and one black and silver zigzag. Skirt fastens in back with (missing) button and zipper.
