Shred!: Story, Cast and Series Facts

Story and premise

Imagine a machine that destroys a Stealth bomber reducing it to a fine powder or shreds a pick up truck in less than 20 seconds and leave it looking like confetti or one that lays waste to bowling balls and pins in the blink on an eye. There's a group of guys in Oregon that have made that impossible dream a reality – and even make a living out of it! Shred! Follows SSI Shredding Systems founder and multi-millionaire Thomas Garnier and his shredding crew as they solve new and ever increasingly extreme shredding problems. We're talking about everything from aluminum smelters to whole factories and train cars to transport trucks along with nuclear fuel cores and even submarines. Shred! Tackles the real problem of figuring out how to shred the seemingly impossible.
