Mihai Adrian Mincă (born 8 October 1984) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for CSU Alba Iulia. Mincă joined Rapid București in 2004 from FC Unirea Alba Iulia, where he played on an irregular basis, but since joining has not been a part of the first team. In 2007, he joined Gloria Buzău and at the end of the 2007–08 season he transferred to Astra Ploiesti. On 3 January 2011, he signed a five-year contract with CFR Cluj.
