Henri-Paul Pellaprat (pronounced [ɑ̃ʁi pɔl pɛlapʁa]; Saint-Maur-des-Fossés, 1869–1954) was a French chef, founder with the journalist Marthe Distel of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris.
