Галилео: Story, Cast and Series Facts

Story and premise

A science and entertainment program. Each episode of "Galileo" consists of a studio segment and video clips on a wide variety of popular science topics. Galileo's inventiveness knows no bounds. Galileo isn't afraid of any complex questions, so the topics for Galileo's video clips are endless.

Thanks to this program, answering children's endless "Why?" questions is effortless: Why do Swiss watches never lag behind? Why did Napoleon lose to the first robot at chess? How are the most luxurious cars made and their occupants' safety ensured? How does toothpaste in tubes become multicolored?

But Galileo also has many interesting stories for adults. Not every adult can see the world through a child's eyes and ponder seemingly obvious facts. That's why Galileo strives to surprise, and he does, even the most skeptical viewer.
