Story and premise

Sometimes we feel like we know more about their lives than we do about our own. Their names are on everyone's lips. They are famous. They are stars. But all stars fade sooner or later. And humans too die. However, the death of a famous person is an event that leaves no one indifferent. They left us in different ways. Some left young, in the prime of their creative powers. Others lived long and fruitful lives. But no matter when they passed, their death is an irreparable loss for the entire country. In its new program, "How Idols Passed Away," DTV will reveal unknown details of the final days of great Russian figures, idols of recent times—outstanding actors and directors, poets and writers, TV presenters, and masters of sport.
