Story and premise
Dr. Thomas Burgner is a well-known and recognized doctor who lives in Munich with his son. But one day he has to leave his beloved home for family reasons to treat his seriously ill father-in-law. Fortunately, Thomas saves Pankraz's life and then likes the atmosphere of the area so much that he decides to give up city life and move to Tyrol. And he will open his medical practice soon...
