Story and premise

Double Dare stars Billy Dee Williams as Billy Diamond, a well-heeled cat burglar who gets caught in a heist by San Francisco Police Lt. Samantha Warner (played by Jennifer Warren). She cuts a deal with him--work undercover for the police or take a hike to jail. Being a realistic man, he opts for the former, but with one condition: Diamond wants to work with his former crime partner, Sisko (Ken Wahl), who resides in San Quentin.
