Fabelhafte Insekten: Story, Cast and Series Facts

Story and premise

Without them, the natural balance would be thrown out of balance: Ants and beetles maintain their environment through composting and pollination. They also fascinate with their survival strategies – from the leaf-cutter ant, which cultivates mushrooms, to the oil beetle, which sneaks into beehives. A journey to these colorful and bizarre six-legged creatures, both in the South American rainforest and here in Europe.
