Story and premise

June 1944. The landing. The American airborne parachute his best men at the heart of occupied France. The best? Not just misguided ... Four soldiers form a makeshift unit, united by sheer incompetence for war and determined to " take cover until it happens." For if the world is experiencing the largest armed conflict that humanity has known, they have every intention of staying alive ... and to come across as a little French ... What they ignore is that Fate has reserved them a much more important role. Awkward, a little loose, endearing, they form the most special unit of the US military: four morons who, without really meaning to, will change the course of history ... They are the Lazy Company.
