Restraint by Day, Indulgence by Night: Story, Cast and Series Facts

Story and premise

Si Yimian unexpectedly finds herself inside a tragic romance novel as its long-suffering heroine, trapped by a biased family and a sham engagement. Determined not to repeat the original story, she takes matters into her own hands. She approaches He Sichen, the seemingly unapproachable eldest son of the He family, and uses their connection to gain access to a key family project.

At Yu'an Group, their professional dealings become a charged game of strategy and attraction. While fending off her scheming adoptive older sister and her family's indifference, Yimian steadily takes control of her own story—and catches the attention of a man who has never let anyone get under his skin.
