Rise Again: Story, Cast and Series Facts

Story and premise

After three hundred years of waiting, Immortal King Su Wubing and Holy Maiden Lin Ningxue held their celestial wedding, only to be stopped by the Heavenly Dao. To protect Wubing, Ningxue sacrificed herself, and they fell into endless reincarnation. A thousand lifetimes later, Wubing awakened in modern Fan City, while Ningxue was forced into marriage with the Gu family to save her father. Wubing crashed her wedding and resisted the Gu Group's oppression. With allies like Ye Tianmiao and his granddaughter Ye Xiaonuan, Wubing fought against the Gu family's schemes, cured Ningxue's father and broke the Heavenly Dao's curse. After trials like the Immortal Seeking Tournament, where Wubing claimed the Heavenly God Sword, he and Ningxue finally broke free from reincarnation and reunited. The story ended in a chaotic yet heartfelt wedding crash, revealing that after ten thousand years of struggle, nothing mattered more than an ordinary life together.
