Viktor Anatoliyovych Skrypnyk (Ukrainian: Віктор Анатолійович Скрипник; born 19 November 1969) is a Ukrainian professional football manager and former player who has been the manager of Ukrainian Premier League club Zorya Luhansk since 2025. As a player, he played as a left-back and he helped Werder Bremen to the league and cup double in 2004. Skrypnyk became the first Ukrainian head coach in Bundesliga.
