This is a wine glass with a red bowl and clear stem belonging to Etta Moten Barnett. It consists of a tall narrow red glass bowl shaped like a cone. Ringing the base of the bowl are decorative indentations. Under the bowl at the top of the stem is a round clear colored globe with a faceted surface. Below the globe the stem narrows then widens into a faceted pillar before flaring into the base.
