Promotional materials for the 1981 television mini-series Jacqueline Susann’s Valley of the Dolls based on Susann’s novel of the same name. The folder contains black and white publicity stills of the cast and promotional material describing the movie. Valley of the Dolls was directed by Walter Grauman and stars Catherine Hicks, Lisa Hartman, Veronica Hamel, and James Coburn.
This is the second film adaptation of Jacqueline Susann’s novel, following a 1967 movie production. The novel was later adapted into a 65-episode soap opera style television series in 1994.
