Who is Adam Wright?

After being transformed into a literal goblin during the events of Inferno , the Hobgoblin ( Jason Macendale ) abducted an unidentified woman and her son, Adam, for undisclosed reasons. He murdered the mother and brainwashed Adam into believing that she was evil and that he embodied love and goodness. Spider-Man and Ghost Rider (Ketch) tracked down the Hobgoblin but discovered too late that the Hobgoblin had somehow disfigured him to resemble the Hobgoblin himself. During the battle between the heroes and the villain, the inexperienced Ghost Rider, rammed his cycle into the Hobgoblin, not seeing that he was holding Adam. Spider-Man took the injured boy to receive medical treatment.
