Who is Agent Vulcan?

History An agent of T.H.U.N.D.E.R in it's later years. Kitten was dispatched to pick him up so he could support the rest of the super powered T.H.U.N.D.E.R Agents in Washington DC to help repel the massive insect invasion. Sadly it seems his powers unlike the others wasn't killing him but slowly making him deaf. By the time Kitten found him he was already half deaf and bitter about life. After being ambushed by a squad of robots he finds that he has control over his powers and decides to join the other agents in DC. When he arrives he quickly alters the tide of the battle and saves the day allowing other Thunder Agents to rendezvous and create an effective resistance to the insect invaders. Personality Sadly, Agent Vulcan has become a very pessimistic and self caring individual after his transformation into a super agent. He sees a spark of hope within Kitten and see her as the only thing he has to live for anymore.
