She is searching for the "Eagle", an artifact of power left over from the Ninth Legion. Agrippina is the one who ordered the assassination of Judge Beaman, billionaire Bartram Fletcher and several others. Agrippina was also the master mind behind the attempted kidnapping of Jack Drake, that was foiled by Batgirl and Connor Hawke. She has above average fighting skill and is proficient in using a spear and trident. She was last seen playing a harp as her head quarters burned around her, and is presumed dead.
