Origin Alaric is one of The Trust bosses in the organization and the Punisher 's contact. He will provide weapons and everything that Punisher needs in order to get his help. He wants to have the Punisher in his organization, secretly, he blows up the Punisher's van in order to force him to join in. Alaric is Angela 's lover. He is a great manipulator. Alaric initiated a brainwashing program in order to form a group of assassins called Punishment Squad . This team is using the identity of the Punisher to kill mobsters. Alaric wants to Punisher at the head of his team, but Castle despises their methods.
