As the result of a freak accident, Bill obtains cosmic power and extra-human strength that is enhanced when he comes in contact with Sensei 's ancient sword. Once connected with the mystic blade, an eruption of electrifying energy grows exponentially to an uncontrollable level. Heading the wisdom of Sensei in his use of the sword, Apocalypse soom came to realize that cataclysmic destruction would occur if this power is not controlled.
