Who is Black Jack Tarr?
Origin Jack Tarr was a man whom grew up during the cold war and became a member of the British Army , MI-6 , and Freelance Restorations . He became romantically involved with a fellow MI-6 member named Anna, but the two broke up when Jack's sense of duty came before his own priorities. He was heartbroken by this, but remained a member of the special forces and joined the CIA. He later rejoined MI-6 as one of the leaders, along with his good friend Clive Reston . Creation "Black" Jack Tarr was created by Steve Englehart and Jim Starlin .and first appeared in Master of Kung Fu issue 17 (1974). Black Jack Tarr is sometimes portrayed as a bigot because of his politically incorrect manners but is truly a good man and a good friend to Shang Chi .
