Origin Black Mariah is the head of a white slavery and prostitution ring in Bete Noire. In addition to running this ring, she occasionally gather information worldwide for the Magistrate, Doctor Juris . A Chovexani witch, Black Mariah has the ability to suck the life out of a person or burn them with a simple direct contact of the skin. Even her tongue can burn. All those who work for her owe her absolute loyalty, or they will pay the price. She forbids all her subordinates from frequenting the Jurors bar and quickly detects and punishes those who would betray her. She’s in a relationship with one of Juris' employees, Shadow Boxer . At the time, she was given the mandate to kill him, but her powers had no effect on him.
