Bombshell is a Marvel comic book character, the alter ego of Wendy Conrad, with over 54 comic issue appearances. An expert juggler that specializes in explosives, Bombshell began her criminal career as a solo costumed mercenary.

Who is Bombshell?

Origin To kill a Mockingbird & Hawkeye Nothing is really known about Wendy Conrad and how she became the hired costumed villain Bombshell. A street savvy criminal and expert in explosives she somehow connected with the minor masked criminal Oddball . With a similar unique interest in juggling they soon joined forces and Wendy would appear as the pink clad Bombshell. During Bombshell's first mission, she paired up with two other criminals named Oddball and the Silencer . Bombshell and the other two mercenaries were hired by a being named Crossfire to kidnap the Avenger Hawkeye . She would set an explosive at the residence of Hawkeye and as he and Mockingbird landed on the roof and entered the building it blew up few moments after. However due to Mockingbirds extensive S.H.I.E.L.D training she was quickly aware of the trap. Hawkeye than remotely triggered the explosive once they left the building.
