Who is Captain Kerjos?

Captain Kerjos is a Pheragot from the planet Arago-7. He was sent to investigate the destruction of one of their energy stations. He discovers it was destroyed by the Silver Surfer. He manages to capture the Surfer and tell him he has contracted the sentient virus known as Hlavac's Disease and tells him where to get the cure.
