Who is Casiolena?

Casiolena was first seen in "Avengers" vol. 1 #83 (December, 1970), seducing the Executioner and convincing him to be her mate. Abandoning the Enchantress in the process. In Defenders" vol. 1 #4 (February, 1973), the realm of Casiolena was introduced. The Enchantress invaded it alongside her new love interest/pawn, the Black Knight. Casiolena had little trouble defeating them both and imprisoning them. Some time later two other visitors from Earth arrived in Casiolena's realm.
