Overview Cedric is the brother of Dagny Forrester, also known as Corona. Cedric created his sister's powers and in the process poisoned many residents of New York City. The powers had negative effects on his sister who started to physically deteriorate. Spider-Man was unable to help her and she tried to kill herself. The courts again put her in the custody of Cedric. Cedric was able to stabilize her physical condition. He implanted her with a bio-monitor to keep her body chemistry stable without injections and without further mutations. He also implanted a feedback loop that made the bio-monitor stimulate the pain centers of her brain if she did not do what she was told.
