Who is Charles Dutton?

Charles Dutton contracted the Wild Card virus in the late 1950s, it transformed him into a Joker. The virus affected only his face, pulling the skin taut, giving it the appearance of a skull and turning it a pale shade of yellow. Dutton never adopted a Joker name; he was rich and powerful enough that no one attempted to label him with one. Dutton owned a one-third share of The Crystal Palace, Jokertown's most famous nightclub with his buisness partner, Chrysalis owning the other two-thirds. After Chrysalis was murdered, Dutton took over full ownership of the nightclub. After Chrysalis' death, Dutton, a notorious gossip, became the keeper of Jokertown secrets. Dutton, dislikes Aces and Nats, preferring the company of disfigured Jokers like himself.
