Who is Chick Harris?

Origin Chick Harris is an action movie star and he comes to Springdale High School to promote his new movie. He ends up talking to the students in the gymnasium about responsibility before performing a martial arts display. He asked one of the students named Robbie Baldwin to assist him but refuses in fear that his speedball effect would trigger and reveal his secret as the Masked Marvel. Robbie steps out of the gymnasium to get a drink of water when five masked men armed with guns rush into the gymnasium and take Chick Harris and some students hostage. The masked gunmen wanted Chick's movie company to meet their demands or their action star would not be returned to them. Baldwin transforms into Speedball and rushes the gunmen. One gunmen fires a shot at Speedball and the bullet bounces off his body. During the chaos, Chick Harris takes down the gunmen near him.
