Danny was just two weeks on Ararat when his platoon is trapped by Krool. When Bad Company intervene, killing the Krool, Danny is 'forced' to join them. Fate - Danny Franks becomes one with the Krool Heart, effectively starting the 'Danny Franks Empire'. In the final Bad Company story, Kano rescues Danny from the heart.
