Originally from Germany, Dolf has been at Bete Noire for over 50 years. He is the bartender and owner of the most popular bar in town, Jurors. Before becoming a bartender, Dolf was already a painter, writer and involved in the world of politics. Very rigid and firm, he does not tolerate any violence in his establishment. Despite all the scum that frequents his places, Jurors is a neutral place, and everyone knows how to behave. Otherwise, Dolf has a large collection of firearms and will not hesitate to use them to show that he does not joke with the rules. He is a very loyal friend to Lee and will often give her his opinion on the people she meets. Their relationship is similar to a father-daughter relationship, in the sense that Lee often confides in him about her problems, and he always has the right words to reassure and comfort her.
