A promising young surgeon who was especially gifted in her field, Melinda Brewer fell into bad company and became a drug addled junkie.She lost her job, along with all her credibility and dignity. However ,over a few years she managed to scrape a bit of her life back, accepting whatever work she could get, often using her skills to aid criminals in need of medication and repair. When Frank Castle, The Punisher, was wounded in his combat, he was brought to see Melinda. She helped him as best she could, and he was soon back on the streets. Dr. Melinda Brewer current whereabouts and activitys are unknown, but she is said to still practice her craft, in a small clinic overseas.
