Who Is Dreamer? Origin, Powers and Key Facts

Dreamer is a Marvel comic book character, the alter ego of Jamie Flores Noynik, with over 20 comic issue appearances. Caught in an ionic energy surge when Wonder Man lost control of his powers, Jamie would find that she had gained the power of astral projection and would later join the short-lived team known as the Crazy 8.

Who is Dreamer?

Origin Dreamer gained her powers when she was caught in a flood of ionic energy that Wonder Man had inadvertently released when his powers flared out of control. She was only one of eight individuals that gained powers in this manner, including her mother, Alex Flores . All eight of these individuals would join forces and become the team known as The Crazy 8 . Powers Dreamer has the power of Astral Projection. This power grants her the ability to travel in a Phasing/Intangible form allowing her protection from most harm. She is able to Fly and/or Levitate. Limitation: Dreamers powers are only active when she sleeps. When awake she is functionally powerless.
