Origin The original Enforcer was a man named Charles L. Delazny Jr. who was the son of the head of Delazny Studios. Hoping to follow in his father's footsteps, Charles Delazny Jr. enrolled in the University of Southern California film school only to become involved heavily in the dealing of narcotics. Charles would eventually drop out of school and pursue a career in crime. The young Delazny used money advanced to him from a previous assignment to hire an elderly scientist named Ignatz Goldman to create a bulletproof costume. Wearing this outfit, Delazny became known as the Enforcer.
