Who is Fascinax?
George Leicester was a British MD doing work in the Phillipines when he saved the life of a Hindu yogi. In gratitude, said yogi bestows upon Leicester augmented abilities. His senses and abilities were pushed beyond human limits, to the point where he's almost considered superhuman. He returns to Europe to use these new abilities to fight evil, (usually that of the supernatural nature) eventually being dubbed "Fascinax" by the media. His main nemesis is a man named Numa Pergyll, who has similar abilities but uses his powers for evil.
