Creation Fozzie Bear was created by Jim Henson , who also created the rest of The Muppets. His name comes from Faz Fazakas, another individual who played a part in creating him, except Fazakas didn't draw or write any thing, he simply designed a mechanism that allowed Fozzie Bear's ears to wiggle.
