Who Is Freight Train? Origin, Powers and Key Facts

Freight Train is a DC Comics comic book character, the alter ego of Eric Moran, with over 31 comic issue appearances. Freight Train is the former bodyguard of Simon Stagg. Eric Moran used to fight alongside the superhero team known as the Outsiders. He is now in the Dead Heroes Club, an offshoot of Batman Inc.

Who is Freight Train?

First appearance Outsiders # 30 Freight Train gained his powers from the aliens who sucked the spinal fluid from humans. The survivors who awoke from this trauma gained super powers. The person's disposition had them lean towards aspiring to be a super hero or villian. Freight Train chose to lean toward being more of a hired gun/villian. Brightest Day: Outsiders When the Outsiders used a Markovian jet to fly to the U.S, they accidently crossed the Canadian border and ended up getting shot down by Canadian jet fighters. Now, the Outsiders must lay low until they can prove to the Canadian government that they are not a threat. Metamorpho reluctantly decides that the only place to find sanctuary is at the Canadian estate of Simon Stagg . Stagg conviently agrees to having the Outsiders stay at his estate just so he can rub it in Metamorpho's face.
