Who is Garryn Bek?

Origin Garryn Bek was a policeman on the planet Cairn, but was taken captive by an alien group called the Alliance. Bek and several others escaped, and went to the planet Colu to overthrow the tyrants that ruled it. After that, they went back to Cairn, and turned the existing police force into L.E.G.I.O.N. Later, Bek was controlled by the Emerald Eye until the Eye was destroyed. Then he and his wife, Marij'n , left L.E.G.I.O.N. and joined the R.E.B.E.L.S. Both of them are now members of L.E.G.I.O.N. again.
