Character History The death of Corrigan Gat was a mobster who was being leaned on hard by Jim Corrigan . Jim was trying to shut him down, so Gat got Louis Snipe to trick him into an ambush. Once captured, Gat put Jim in a barrel of cement and tossed him in the wharf. Jim died and came back as the Spectre and killed Gat.
