Who is Geoffrey Ffoukes?

Origin Geoffrey has worked for Rumaan for some time and is usually in charge of writing Rumaan’s speeches in English. Major Story Arc JLA Incarnations Geoffrey has helped Rumaan turn Bialya into a super villain resort. Geoffrey then becomes the head of security where he catches Booster Gold and Blue Beetle trying to break into the vault. After being framed for taking the super villains money, it is Geoffrey who suggests to Rumaan they call the JLI for help. After the JLI and other superheroes save the day, Geoffrey writes a speech for Ramaan to read to Tully Reed that says, in English, that Rumaan only blames himself and turns leadership over to Geoffrey. Once Rumaan realizes what he as read out loud, he shoots Geoffrey.
