Who is Green Arrow?

Current Events Ollie lives in Seattle with his half-sister Emiko . He meets Black Canary and the two of them team up to investigate an organisation called Ninth Circle . But they got too close and the Ninth Circle send Shado (Emiko's mother) who is working for the Ninth Circle after Green Arrow. Green Arrow get betrayed by Emiko, because she was a spy for her mother all along. They beat up Oliver and throw him in the ocean. Thinking that he will die, but he was rescued by a friend and patched up. Meanwhile Black Canary went after the Ninth Circle seeking for revenge, she thought Oliver was dead. Oliver all patched up went to find help against the Ninth Circle and he had called his good old friend John Diggle .
