Who is Hazzard?
Jack Hazzard was an agent for the U.S. government. As part of the Project Hear Attack, he was conditioned to be the perfect soldier. High-level training in combat espionage and asssassination supplanted all memories of his past life. Following the Nuke incidient in Hell's Kitchen, Hazzard's government programming began to break down. However, the return of his memories left him unable to distinguish between what was real and what had been programmed into him. The Black Widow was hired to track him down. Hazzard pleaded her to kill him and forced her to shoot him in the head.
