Who is Ibac?
History Stanley "Stinky" Printwhistle was a desperate small time crook who made a deal with the devil. He agreed to sell his soul to Lucifer in exchange for supernatural powers. So it was that the devil bestowed upon him the powers of evil from; Ivan the Terrible, Cesare Borgia , Attila the Hun and Caligula. When Printwhistle said the word spelled out by their initials, IBAC, he was changed by a green flame into a powerful being of pure evil. Captain Marvel has defeated him several times, and each time Printwhistle has promised to reform, but he always ends up saying IBAC again and thus he becomes the being of evil. He joined up -while in his evil self - with Mr Mind 's Monster Society of Evil and battled the Marvel Family . Reformed to Stanley once more, he became a street cleaner. And since he has not beaten Captain Marvel , he has not yet lost his soul to Lucifer.
